An extensive knowledge and experience with traditional development patterns reinforces the firm’s ability to integrate infrastructure (water, water re-use, sewer, rainwater, streets, and dry utilities) with urbanism and livability.
Crabtree Group projects have demonstrated that green infrastructure can outperform conventional infrastructure while reducing capital and operation costs. The Crabtree Group, Inc. (CGI) was the Civil Engineer of record for two projects (a residential neighborhood and a school), each which received the Colorado Sustainable Design Award for 2011. And CGI is the proud winner of three CNU Charter Awards (2010, 2018, and 2020).
