Joshua Arcurio is an Associate and the Design Technology Administrator at David M. Schwarz Architects. Joshua received a Bachelor of Architecture and Economics Minor from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, and is a longtime member of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art (ICAA) and the Congress for the New Urbanism (CNU).

Josh’s recent project experience at DMSAS has focused on transit-oriented, mixed-use planning and architecture projects like Chevy Chase Lake and Riverside Station. A former college radio DJ, he is well-suited for his current role as Project Architect on an 8,000-seat outdoor amphitheater in Huntsville, Alabama.

Prior to joining the firm in 2014, he spent nearly a decade working under Teófilo Victoria, Seaside’s first Town Architect, Maria de la Guardia, and Ernesto Buch on projects featured in several publications, including the books Traditional Architecture: Timeless Building for the Twenty-First Century, Classical Interiors: Historical and Contemporary, and New Palladians, and the ICAA’s Classicist journal.
