Eric is an architect and urban designer in Savanah who has designed mixed-use (including live-works), commercial, and a wide range of residential building types to include innovative mansion flats.  He has also worked on several projects that have attempted to integrate assisted living facilities into urban neighborhoods.

His work has been featured in Southern Living and Coastal Living, and it can be found in cities such as Beaufort, Savannah, and Charleston as well as in new developments across the country such as Habersham, Carlton Landing, East Beach, and Beachtown.

Eric earned his Master of Architecture and his Bachelor of Architecture from Kent State University.
