Bill has been immersed in traditional architecture and urbanism since earning a Master of Architecture degree from the Savannah College of Art and Design. As a Principal, Bill has led Allison Ramsey Architects in it’s involvement in several of the most successful Traditional Neighborhood Developments in the southeast, including Newpoint, I’On, Watercolor, Watersound, East Beach, Lake Carolina, Hammonds Ferry, Habersham, and Broad Street. Bill manages a team of architects and is responsible for successfully imparting his knowledge and exceptional work ethic.

A licensed architect in South Carolina and Virginia, Bill is an integral part of the firm’s planning and architectural design services; including conceptual and design development of new plans for publication as well as client driven and custom projects. He also plays a critical role in producing visioning documents for these projects with his graphic and rendering skills.

Bill also has become instrumental in Allison Ramsey’s plan book design and graphic production as well as it’s many other physcial and virtual marketing efforts. Bill also shares in the Allison Ramsey Architect’s efforts put forth in the name of Habitat for Humanity.
