Adam’s experience includes planning and urban design, as well as architecture. As a planner, he has managed neighborhood revitalization efforts, engaged in affordable housing retrofit concepts, developed tactical urbanism approaches, and collaborated on transit-oriented development concepts and mall retrofits. As an architect, he has led teams collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors on K-12 and residential projects. He has been fortunate to teach design and graphics to architecture and real estate development students at the collegiate level.

Combining his professional and personal experiences, Adam is particularly interested in K-12 master planning and building design. He is currently working toward establishing context sensitive school design guidelines and alternative strategies that make more neighborhoods walkable and accessible to more families while opening opportunities to the community.

Adam holds a B.S in Architecture from the University of Notre Dame (2008) and a Master’s of Urban Design from the University of Miami (2015). He holds professional licensure in Massachusetts.
